Returns and Refunds

OUR POLICY

We trust you will understand that the nature of our products means we are unable to refund or give credit if you change your mind. Apsara Ethical Gifts supports individual artisans and artists, NGOs, and small-medium size social enterprises around the world. In accordance with Fair Trade and ethical principles, we pay them in advance, usually even before the products have been made, and sometimes many months in advance of receiving them and making them available for you to buy.

If, however, you are unhappy with the quality of an item you have purchased, or it arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us directly using our on-line form within 3 days of delivery to discuss arrangements for return or replacement of the item.


For any damaged product, we will normally require that you return it with its included accessories and packaging within 7 days of the date you received the product; we will exchange it as well as reimburse you for the costs of shipping to return the damaged item to us; and will not charge you for shipping of the replacement product to you.


In addition, please note the following: (i) products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: food including chocolate, confectionary, tea and coffee, soap, and any other beauty products.
